Last night Regents St nearly came to a stand still as crowds gathered to catch a glimpse of David Beckham as he arrived at the H&M store to celebrate the launch of the new Beckham for H&M bodywear range.

Issey Miyake launches new sporty fragrance in March 2012

Issey Miyake launches a new fragrance for men in March 2012 – L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Sport.

The notes mimic that of a good workout:

Top notes: It starts with the light fresh Citrus scent of Bergamot and grapefruit

Heart: Then gets serious with a Spicy and stronger notes of Nutmeg and leather

Base notes: Settles with a warm and calm Woody scent of Cedar and Vetiver

The bottle is tactile with its flat rubber like square shaped top perforated with large pinpricks.

And the colours, well as you can see from our blog we love the colourway of mid grey and turquoise blue. Plus it's a great sporty colour combination.

Kokorico by Jean Paul Gaultier launched in the UK this month

Jean Paul Gaultier has launched a new men's fragrance 'Kokorico' and it's just arrived on to the UK shores this month. It's not in the usual JPG classic torso shaped bottle, this time it is as a man's face in profile. But that toned torso is not far away because if you turn the bottle to the side and look carefully, you can just make out a torso's  silhouette.

Top notes: Fig leaf

Heart: Raw cocoa bean

Base notes: woody notes of patchouli, cedar and vetiver

And the name? Well it sounds as though it should be referring to the cocoa heart note, but it was inspired by the cry of a rooster and the french word 'cocorico' translates in to cock-a doodle-doo.

JPG changes the c to a K and changes the rooster cry to that of a man from the war cry of a warrior tor the cry of a young man filled with pleasure.
