Debenhams announces charity partnership with Help for Heroes
Debenhams announced its new partnership with Help for Heroes, a
charity that supports wounded, injured and sick service personnel, their
families and veterans. Launching
on Saturday 1 March with a national fundraising weekend in stores,
Debenhams will dedicate the whole month to raising funds for the
charity, aiming to raise a minimum of £75,000.
The
retailer will also be supporting Help for Heroes with a range of
limited edition merchandise. Exclusive sweatshirts and t-shirts for men
by Red Herring will be available in stores ranging from £20-£35, with
100% of profits being donated to the charity.
Photographed in a selection of these items are two army veteran heroes, Jamie Hull and Dan Richards. Jamie Hull said: "These
are great T-shirts, offering Debenhams' customers the chance to show a
symbol of their support for our wounded. There are several designs,
giving people the option to wear something a little different and raise
awareness for Help for Heroes.”

announces that Savile Row tailor and star of BBC2’s Great British Sewing Bee;
Patrick Grant will be joining the likes of Jasper Conran and Henry Holland to
become its latest menswear Designer at Debenhams collaboration.
Launching in Autumn/Winter 2013, Hammond & Co. by Patrick Grant has been designed to appeal to men who want classic yet contemporary style that makes a statement.

family ‘Grant’ tartan.

70 options across clothing and accessories with prices from £14 to £299. Will
be available in 50 stores nationwide and online at www.debenhams.com from September 2013.
