Absolute Luxury Versace style!

The collection sees the introduction of the new Versace suit with a neat constructed shoulder and a sharp shorter jacket length in a variety of styles and cloths.

Tone on tone dressing is the sartorial order of the season. Suits worn with a matching shirt and tie.

Metallic detailing includes gold tabs that fasten tailoring to...

... gold buttons and buckles on belted trench coats

Tailored coats are long and lean creating a slim silhouette...

whilst a graphic black and white blanket coat makes a bold statement

There is a play on silhouettes and proportions with fitted blouson jackets worn with matching oversized pants

Cashmere knitwear ranges from fine gauge long rib knit tops to

Sporty elements came in the guise of hooded tops, knit leggings...

... and second skin trousers that zip at the ankle The Versace sneaker is remade in leather from the laces to the soles.

Donatella  says “The collection is Versace stripped or Versace Soul. Stripped because I took all the decorations off. You are going to find the pure Versace soul that stands on its own for its shapes, cuts, silhouettes and sensuality.

VERSACE MENS SPRING/SUMMER 2015

Inspired by Cuban soul and the streets of Havana – bringing energy, colour and an air of laid back sophistication

Relaxed formality includes suits worn with t-shirts, tailored shorts ......

and single breasted one button suits transformed into jumpsuits.

Rich fabrics are crepe de chine, wool crepe tailoring and silk jersey trackpants.

Havana scenes appear on macramé embroidered shirts and patchwork leather jackets, while Cuban graffiti inspires a coloured print and jacquard.

Knits are fresh with drop stitch cardigans, fine gauge crochet knits and a cable cardigan in cotton and lurex.

Jeans are elaborately refined, especially white jeans cut and embroidered with baroque swirls and the laser cut black jeans that are hand frayed.

White underwear and swimwear has a Roman mood, worn with towels and togas made from white Versace sheets.

Colour palette included top to toe powder pink and azure blue. 

VERSACE AUTUMN/WINTER 2014 CAMPAIGN: POWER AND FREEDOM

Versace’s autumn/winter 2014 campaigns represent the power, seduction, freedom and glamour at the heart of the brand. The campaign was shot by Mert & Marcus, under the creative direction of Donatella Versace.

The men’s campaign is about the individuality and self-expression of the Versace man. The images are shot on an entirely plain set, as the Versace man needs nowhere to hide.

Models Filip Hrivnak and Daniel van der Deen wear pieces from the autumn/winter 2014 collection inspired by the biker and the Wild West. The result is a man who is defiant and proud to reveal his true character.

 “In the new campaigns, I wanted to express the power and freedom of Versace today." Donnatella explains "The men’s campaign stands for a man’s right to be whoever he wants to be.”

Versace for H&M Mens Cruise Collection

After the queues and rush for the first collection of Versace for H&M collection last year, you'll be happy to hear Donatella Versace has created a brand new cruise collection that will be available from 19th January 2012. however this will only be available as an H&M online exclusive.

The collection is designed as a holiday capsule wardrobe that’s also an instant style update for spring. 

The focus is on fashion classics like this pleat front chinos in cotton, shirt and cardigan.

Plus the more casual look of jeans, tee shirts and denim shirts.

And not forgetting the iconic Versace Greek logo

So make a note of the date, 19 January - you may not have to queue but you still will have to be early online to catch this collection.
