Raw materials provide the purist of inspirations in John Smedley AW17 collection, with merino wool, natural alpaca, silk, wild boucle and British black sheep's wool.
Knitted abstract patterns and special textures replicate sparse and silent landscapes.
Colour palette is of organic shades: flare orange, Lumsdale and Kielder greens
Crowning the collection is the Black Sheep by John Smedley signature range, designed to celebrate the raw beauty of the natural black fibre. Shapes intended to cosily envelope the wearer - a nod to the farmer garments of old.
