Quiz Clothing launch of menswear offering 'QuizMan'

With the growing success of QUIZ’s occasion wear and dressy casual wear for women, QUIZ has launched its first ever capsule collection of menswear for men who want a transitional day-to-evening look.

The new capsule collection caters to the well-dressed man with a selection of items including shirts, blazers, denim, trousers and smart outfits to complement any occasion.

To support the launch of the menswear capsule collection there will be dedicated social channels where fashion savvy men can get their style inspiration and receive regular updates on the latest looks.

The collection has been overseen by QUIZMAN buyer Harry Butt, former buyer for menswear chain, Slaters.

Lou Dalton SS18 Menswear at London Fashion Week;Mens

For SS18 Dalton looks at the core of what makes a contemporary wardrobe.

Knitwear is at the heart of the collection - fine gauge Merino wool sweaters with exposed seams and tiered contrast cuffs.

Artist John Booth's hand painted vivid stripes are digitally printed onto Merino wool and Sea island cotton sweaters.

John Booth has also created a Lou Dalton logo which is used to dress the chest of both knitwear and jerseys proclaiming Dalton's love of artistic expression.

Colour palette is of indigo blue, white, chocolate and baby blue.

Knitwear has been produced by John Smedly, hats by Bernstock Spiers and sneakers by Converse.

For SS17, Barbour references its homeland, South Shields, on the NE coast of England and its maritime heritage.

Inspired by Barbour's heritage and practical know how in providing garments for a life outdoors come rain or shine. Lightweight jackets with new breathable mesh linings are showcased alongside soft marl knitwear and summer shorts.

The Heritage Collection
Prints feature international maritime signal flags on crew necks and shorts nodding towards Barbour's link to workers at sea.

Collegiate inspired jerseys celebrate the intitial B - which stands not just for Barbour but also for the names of some of the brand's most iconic wax jacket styles - the Bedale, the Beaufort and the Border.

The coastal theme extends to accessories with stowaway bucket hats and range of rucksacks and duffles inspired by maritime kit bags.

Hype Mens Streetwear Summer 16

This summer Hype explores simplicity and intrinsic detailing which includes expressive linings on jackets coupled with inside pocket designs, discrete zippers and a contemporary exterior giving individual garments continuing versatility.

 The Just Hype Summer 16 Collection suggests a delphic image throughout, progressing evermore into the realms of cut and sew but remaining consistent within its illustrious streetwear origin.

Pinpointing their own obscurity to produce a more mature selection of apparel: sweats, button up shirts featuring iconic prints, an eclectic mix of short and long sleeved t-shirts featuring paneled sides and mismatched graphics, some of which are completed with matching shorts and headwear.

NEW COLLECTION - JON FRANK x ORLEBAR BROWN CAPSULE COLLECTION

Orlebar Brown have teamed up with Australian photographer Jon Frank, to produce a limited edition capsule collection.

Widely regarded as the Artist of The Ocean, over the past two decades Frank has been expressing his unique vision of the ocean.

The prints are from Frank’s Surf Photography series described as ‘Starvation on the road to madness’. His graphical interpretation of wind and water are seen on the classic Bulldog shorts, Tommy T-shirt and Morley sweatshirt.

Taking inspiration from glamorous 50’s beach and night life, the bulldog shorts, tees, short sleeved shirts and jacket linings sport specially commissioned Miami illustrations as prints. 

 

You can see the print on the below white t-shirt is the same as the Ocean Drive print in the background. The lining of the jacket is the boat print.
