Thom Sweeney - Spring/Summer 2017
Spring-Summer 2017 introduces luxurious field jackets in brown and grey suede, as well as lightweight rain macs in linen and storm-proof Loro Piana fabric.
Fine tailoring delivered with a blend of British panache and Italian fluidity is at the heart of the Thom Sweeney ethos.
Burnt orange Solaro herringbone suiting compliments the relaxed aesthetic of the collection in addition to classic wide spread collar shirts to pop over tunic silhouettes in cotton and linen.
Thom Sweeney’s eveningwear is complete with cream double-breasted tuxedo jackets with light cotton trousers for a summery finish.
A slick fusion of construction expertise, individuality and a contemporary feel, assuring a sense of maturity and a look that contradicts the formality of Savile Row.

Flannel is reimagined in grey chalk stripe and Prince of Wales check, alongside new needle corduroy green cashmere and a British Holland & Sherry tweed suit with pleated trouser.
Deconstructed double-breasted jackets in wool cashmere are worn with utility vests in tweed, whilst heavy cotton in a robust twill delivers Thom Sweeney’s first tailored denim trouser.
Classic shirting silhouettes are modernised with softer collar shapes or grandad collars in light weight denim, flannel and brushed cotton.
Chunky cable knits and lightweight merino wools offer layering options to tailoring.
Central to outerwear is the tailored Pea Coat. Made in England using a Loro Piana wool cashmere blend, its fitted silhouette accentuates a refined, slim finish. A cashmere double-breasted overcoat and down-filled gilet also feature.
Strong earthy tones have been muted to ease wearability including camel, brown and green with a hint of navy and grey.
To complete the collection, Thom Sweeney’s eveningwear celebrates the tuxedo with a navy peak lapel and two-tone slim fit in wool.

Known for its contemporary tailoring with its signature forward looking silhouette, Thom Sweeney combines a bespoke ethos of blending individuality with a luxury aesthetic of timeless modern tailoring and great quality fabrics.
The store aesthetic will echo the Thom Sweeney brand, with understated modern style and contemporary masculinity, with an informal approachable atmosphere akin to the bespoke store on Weighhouse Street.
The store and the collection concept is built around an essential tailored wardrobe of 20 pieces. All of the collection will be available for clients to select from either off the peg ready-to-wear or from personalised made-to-measure in a wider choice of fabrics.
