BELSTAFF MENSWEAR CAMPAIGN SPRING 2016 'WORSHIP THE GROUND'
The campaign showcases the legendary Belstaff Trialmaster boot - one of Belstaff’s most iconic designs over the past 60 years since its creation in 1955 - and other associated products.
The Trialmaster boot has travelled far and wide, been worn by racers, aviators and fearless pioneers. These boots are the embodiment of lasting craftsmanship and the ultimate accessory for a lifestyle of epic adventure. Belstaff has secured the talent of Sir Ranulph Fiennes, legendary polar pioneer and arguably “the world’s greatest living explorer” (Guinness Book of Records), together with Riley Harper, the US stuntman with whom the brand has worked in the past, to star in the campaign shot by famed photographer Rankin.
The “Worship the Ground” campaign captured a series of authentic portraits and film of Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Riley Harper, exploring what the phrase means to each of them.
Sir Ranulph Fiennes was the first man to reach both Poles, the first to cross Antarctic and Arctic Oceans, the first to circumnavigate the world along its polar axis and was the youngest Captain in the British Army having joined the SAS in 1965. He fought Marxist terrorists between 1968 and 1970 and received the Sultan’s Bravery Medal from Her Majesty the Queen.
Riley Harper is a renowned Hollywood stuntman who travels the world driving, riding motorcycles and taking hits as a stunt double for some of Hollywood's biggest stars. An avid motorcycle and car enthusiast, Harper shares a love with Belstaff for all things with engines and wheels. His Instagram profile @LIFEOF_RILEY counts 40K followers.
Rankin, the famed British portrait and fashion photographer will shoot the campaign, bringing together two powerful names in British culture, intersecting across adventure and fashion. Seven images have been produced – three of Fiennes and four of Harper.

LOUIS LEEMAN AW16 MENS FOOTWEAR
The AW16 collection takes inspiration from the world of Alpine Gentlemen’s Clubs, with their elegance, special atmosphere and intimate mood.
This sets the scene for the collection, with snow-clad mountains and white forests creating the perfect peaceful landscape to taste fine spirits and smoke precious cigars.
The metal detailing and embellishments designed for the collection evoke vintage mountain boots, whilst the laces are robust like alpine ropes.
Small pearl stones are hand-applied on slippers, looking like crystals of iced snow.
Alpine landscapes are hand-embroidered on soft silk.
Shining Swarovskis adorning shoes are reminiscent of winter sweater designs.
The presentation was held at the Hotel Cafe Royal with an alpine scene created in the ornately gilded Pampadour Suite.

Lathbridge by Patrick Cox - AW2016 Footwear
Nostalgic. Eclectic. Two words that define the latest offering from LATHBRIDGE by Patrick Cox men's footwear collection for AW16.
The nostalgia stems from Cox’s decision to revisit and rework his bestselling style – the ground breaking, square toe Wannabe loafer. His reinterpretation of this style has resulted in moccasins offered in burnished suede, high shine calf, and wrinkly wet-look patent material.
Most poignant perhaps is the ultimate, luxurious hand painted python which references Patrick's iconic snakeskin loafers that ruled the 90's.
Cox even presents a loafer with a butch hand cast bulldog snaffle, a nod to LATHBRIDGE’s bulldog logo.
The styles are substantiated with either a double thick leather sole or a chunky crepe wedge with a brothel creeper feel. The group also comprises a lace up ankle boot and a chukka.
Eclectic in its mix of quirky colours, imaginative materials and retro references this collection contains jewel-tone supple suede sneakers trimmed with Jimmy Hendrix inspired gold frogging...
... and 70's mock croc slip-ons finished with burnished bulldog buckles.
Cox has also made hand crafted sneakers and high tops in decadent alligator or opulent hand painted python.
There are also exquisite soft suede and pony skin loafers, sneakers and chukkas as well as,,,,
... multi-strap shoes and boots with mismatched buckles giving them a vintage feel. The collection is designed in London, handcrafted in Italy and features eco-friendly veg-tanned leathers. It’s a collection that reflects on Patrick Cox’s 25 plus years designing shoes; whilst also looking forward to the future of LATHBRIDGE.

Russell & Bromley AW15 mens collection
Tassel Loafers are adorned with wool in traditional eye catching Alpine knit pattern - great for Xmas! For the more conservative, there is the plush yet subtle velvet fronts.
More for everyday, the classic tassel loafer was given a countryside feel with tweed cloth and tonal leather trim, whilst the bold colour blocking of black and golden tan gave a contemporary touch.,
Brogues mixed leather with check suit cloth .
Colour contrasting shoe laces brought a fun element to the Oxford brogue.
For evening wear, there was a choice of the smooth plush velvet slipper or the shiny sparkling lace up.
