Chester Barrie brought forward delivery of its Autumn/winter 2014 dresswear collection in order to capture the glamour and excitement of the Olivier Awards which was held this weekend at the Royal Opera House. Beautifully redolent of the style of the 30s film star, jackets are strong on the shoulders and cut to the hips, creating a striking silhouette.
New for this season is a shawl collared 3 piece suit in charcoal mohair and wool blend. Available to order also in midnight or chocolate.
The brand was worn by many of the nominees and presenters on the night including: Alistair McGowan, Mark Gatiss, Michael Xavier, Nigel Planner and Rory Kinnear who won Best Actor for his portrayal of Shakespeare's villain Iago in the National Theatre's production of Othello.
Until Easter Chester Barrie has teamed up with Fenwick of Bond Street to set up an eveningwear pop-up store in the menswear department.
