ScotlandShop.com has been chosen as the exclusive
online stockist for the exclusive Help for Heroes tartan.
Launched at Edinburgh Castle on Friday 2nd March by
The Help for Heroes charity; this tartan was designed and manufactured by the
Selkirk company Lochcarron. The tartan colours are made up of navy blue for the
Royal Navy, a lighter blue for the royal Air Force and red for the Army.
ScotlandShop.com will be offering a variety of
clothing from men’s tartan suits, trousers, waistcoats and kilts to women’s
mini kilts, skirts and jackets. Accessories include ties, scarves, shoes and
boots (for men and womens). Plus a selection of interiors products such as
cushions, rugs and throws. A percentage of every sale will also be donated to

The inspiration behind the tartan was two former
soldiers pictured above at the Edinburgh Castle launch, George Neil from
Glasgow, and Bill McGregor from Dundee, who both served with 2nd Battalion The
Royal Regiment of Scotland before leaving the Army.
