Debenhams announced its new partnership with Help for Heroes, a
charity that supports wounded, injured and sick service personnel, their
families and veterans. Launching
on Saturday 1 March with a national fundraising weekend in stores,
Debenhams will dedicate the whole month to raising funds for the
charity, aiming to raise a minimum of £75,000.
The
retailer will also be supporting Help for Heroes with a range of
limited edition merchandise. Exclusive sweatshirts and t-shirts for men
by Red Herring will be available in stores ranging from £20-£35, with
100% of profits being donated to the charity.
Photographed in a selection of these items are two army veteran heroes, Jamie Hull and Dan Richards. Jamie Hull said: "These
are great T-shirts, offering Debenhams' customers the chance to show a
symbol of their support for our wounded. There are several designs,
giving people the option to wear something a little different and raise
awareness for Help for Heroes.”
