Cheap Monday AW12 Collection
Inspiration is drawn from evolution in nature with coarse
structures giving the feel of earth or gravel.
Colour palette reflects fog and dust.
Touches of Eastern philosophy and contemporary martial arts influence. Although the below image reminds me of a medieval knight in chain mail- what do you think?
Hisoka sweater in colour blocks of grey, green and pale beige
accessorised with 2 plaited leather belts, the bottom one of which has 2 leather
keychain necklaces dangling from it. The sleeve suspenders are separate from
the jumper.Worn with 2 tube scarves,
one in black one in grey and underneath is the long sleeved Tung Tee in dark grey marl .
Jeans are a tight yet classic silhouette all the way from top to bottom. In a non stretch fabric with low waist and normal back rise. Legs are tapered. Key wash for AW12 is the Coated Denim in black

I can see the martial arts influence on the above image. Alas I have no information on the shirt jacket - I don't think it is out yet.

Professor Green x PUMA AW12 Collaboration
“Honey is the new Black”
London born rapper Professor Green chose the Honey Badger as his logo for the
new PUMA AW12 collection.
Why? Because it represents fearlessness, it sees what it wants and
goes and gets it! It is not endangered as
it easily adapts to its changing environment and has few natural predators due
to its no holding back attitude, strong claws, thick skin which is also loose
enough for them to wriggle and twist out of tight situations. This is an animal
that can defend itself – definitely has street cred.
Sometimes the Honey Badger is as bold as brass and takes
centre stage on the front of sweatshirts and tees, but many hide in a green and purple camouflage
pattern taking the concrete jungle wearer by surprise to find that they are sporting such a cute
logo.
Others just make a cameo appearance on neat tiny labels attached to the
sleeves of tees.
The collection itself includes sweats, tees, baseball caps and
jackets.
The tees vary from the soft coloured speckled design to
the brighter red and purple colour block.
Camouflage designs choose their battle patterns
from the more strategically placed pockets and sleeve trims to the bolder Honey
badger logos and the full blown block sections.
More classic pieces are the colour block denim shirt, the
polo shirt and padded gilets and jackets.
Love the varsity style jackets with their leather sleeves. These
sport the PUMA logo on the front and also a more subtly placed branding label
of the PUMA with the words Professor Green above.
In reality, the Honey Badger is not a cute looking animal
but the logos are cute enough to attract a female following. So guys beware
your girlfriend may take a tip from the Honey Badger and just fearlessly swipe
your new Pro Green x PUMA items from right under your nose!

Contemporary British tailor Timothy Everest has designed a
capsule collection of wardrobe staples exclusively for Superdry.

The Country Rebel- Rock and Roll meets classic tweed with a
Jarvis Cocker cut.
Single breasted five button suit jacket with swelled edge
peak lapels. Chest pocket bag doubles up as a pull-up handkerchief. Patch
pockets have feature flaps. Back strap and adjusters allow the jacket to be
worn fitted or relaxed.
Available in forest green slub and dark grey fishbone.
The San Fanciscan – West Coast ‘Bullitt’ wools and Robert
Redford cop casual cut a laid-back silhouette.
Single breasted in heavy unlined wool with fully bound
colour inner seams and swelled edge peal lapels. Contrasting heaving felt under
the collar with signature double branding and hand stitch detailing. Available in black and white super optical,
navy dogtooth, grey herringbone and barleycorn.
The Super Spy- Sean Connery meets ‘In Like Flint’
