Ralph Lauren opened its first luxury store in Sao Paulo, Brazil this week.
In a prominent location on the ground floor of the prestigious Cidade Jardim and spanning over 850 square meters of retail space, this new store will feature a premiere assortment of Ralph
Lauren’s finest womenswear and menswear collections, together with accessories and leather goods, footwear and Ralph Lauren timepieces.
The store recalls Brazil’s grand residential ranches while channelling a signature equestrian heritage.
Evoking the fine craftsmanship of regional tradition, the store front features archways made of cast stone and white plaster along with two water fountains that flank the grand entrance, creating a loggia rich in decorative detail that helps to reinforce the ease of indoor-outdoor living.
A traditional layout of alternating smaller and larger rooms features reclaimed oak beams, stained concrete floors with oak ties and decorative ceramic tiles, hand-finished plaster walls, a mix of oak and painted white furniture cases, and handcrafted antique vitrines and fixtures. Decorative pendants, hand-woven area rugs, new and antique upholstered furniture and potted palms are combined, highlighting a refined taste.
Drawing attention to the heart of the store, a well-appointed bar will provide a magnificent haven to rest and relax, complimenting the retail experience through unparalleled service, a selection of cocktails and light fare.
Upon entering the store, the foyer leads to dedicated rooms housing Collection for women on the left and Purple Label for men on the right. A wide selection of beautifully crafted footwear, accessories and eyewear for both men and women appear within separate salons of these areas.
An exclusive cocktail event was hosted on Monday evening by David Lauren and José Auriemo, President of JHSF to celebrate the opening of the new store.
