CP ‘s collection was titled ‘Carni Cannibal Palace’

where it was all about gangs of thugs roaming the streets of a sea side resort, inspired by their uniform of saturated prints.

CP collaborates this season with UK brand Laveham. Classic Lavenham quilted jackets are transformed by ornate digital prints and bright colours.

For the first season CP are introducing knitwear. Oversized hand knit hoodies in merino wool. Special graphic collaboration with knitwear brand Sibling.

Futuristic graphics were shaped on napa leather

The colour palette was inspired by the flashing neon signs you find on the boardwalk – raspberry, electric blue, hot pink,

gold and oranges,

some amplified louder on a black background, and toughened up with leather Loving the leather jacket and shorts combo.

There was another addition to the collection just for Ken (Barbie’s boyfriend), titled CP X Ken. Ken is celebrating his 50^th this year and has collaborated with CP for a great new wardrobe. Unfortunately we weren’t shown to the whole ensemble, but were given just a peek at three key looks.

And to celebrate his golden 50^th birthday, the ‘Ken’ models came out all body painted in gold with matching gold boxy caps giving the illusion of a squared off head.

Not the traditional white cricket jumper for Ken , but jet black merino wool with a cerise pink and deep ultramarine trim.  The insignia on the jumper was an embroidered red rose.

The other key looks were matching shorts and shirt in black with multi rose pattern

and a slinky pair of pyjamas in the same pattern, opened to reveal Ken’s golden six pack torso. How can Barbie resist him?
